This policy explains what personal information Meterex Labs, Inc. (“Meterex”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit qurohq.com, book a call with us or use our Quro service (“Quro”), and what we do with it. We keep it short and in plain English.
1. Who we are
Quro is a product of Meterex Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the USA. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy, except for the data your company puts into Quro (see section 3).
2. What we collect
- When you visit our website: our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure. The website doesn’t use cookies or tracking.
- When you book a call: your name, work email, company and anything you choose to tell us, through our scheduling tool.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
- When you use Quro: your name, work email and role, so you can sign in, and information about how you use the service, so we can run and improve it.
3. Your company’s data in Quro
The data your company connects to or creates in Quro, such as financial records, plans and reports, belongs to your company. We process it on your company’s behalf, under our agreement with them and only to provide the service. If you have a question about that data, please ask your company first.
4. How we use your information
We use it to:
- run the website and the Quro service, and keep them secure;
- reply to you and hold the calls you book;
- support your account and tell you about changes to the service;
- improve Quro;
- meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run Quro, such as our hosting, scheduling, email and cloud providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a buyer if our business is sold, in which case this policy continues to apply.
6. Cookies
The website doesn’t use cookies. The Quro service uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in. If we add website analytics, we will choose a tool that doesn’t use cookies and update this policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Account information is kept while your company uses Quro. When your company’s agreement ends, we delete its data as the agreement sets out.
8. Security
We protect personal information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we will tell you and the relevant authorities about a breach where the law requires it. Our security page describes how we protect the data your company keeps in Quro.
9. Where your information is processed
We are based in the USA, and your information may be processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email us to use any of these rights and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children
Quro is a service for businesses. It isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the product. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
