These terms are an agreement between you and Meterex Labs, Inc. (“Meterex”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you visit qurohq.com or use our Quro service (“Quro”). If you use Quro on behalf of a company, you agree to them for that company, and “you” means the company.
If your company has signed an order form or a separate agreement with us, that document applies where it differs from these terms.
1. Using Quro
You may use Quro for your company’s internal business. Please keep your login details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Please don’t:
- break the law or anyone else’s rights while using Quro;
- try to get into systems or data you haven’t been given access to;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service;
- disrupt the service or overload it on purpose.
2. Your data
Your data stays yours. That includes the data you connect from other systems, the plans you build and what you write in Quro. You give us permission to use it only to run, support and improve the service for you.
You are responsible for having the right to connect the systems and data you bring into Quro. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
3. The agents’ work
Quro’s agents draft models, scenarios, explanations and reports. They can make mistakes. Your team reviews their work and makes the decisions, and you are responsible for the decisions you make and the reports you send.
4. Our service
We own Quro, including the software, the design and everything we build to run it. These terms don’t give you any rights to it beyond using the service. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
5. Fees
Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in your order form. Unless it says otherwise, fees don’t include taxes, and you pay any taxes that apply.
6. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for the purpose it was shared for. This doesn’t cover information that is already public or that one of us has to disclose by law.
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Quro at any time, and your order form sets out how a subscription ends. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these terms. When the agreement ends, you can ask us for a copy of your data within 30 days, after which we delete it.
8. No guarantees
We work hard to keep Quro reliable, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t make promises about it beyond those in these terms and your order form.
9. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
